I went to Park Place Lexus to look at a couple of vehicles and get some ideas on what I want, and I have to say, I'm beyond impressed. The dealership is one of the most beautiful I've ever seen--more like a hotel than a car dealer. The showroom is incredibly nice, big, and clean. The employees are super nice and everything, making the experience even better. They have a very, very big selection of vehicles, including the most beautiful and reliable Lexus cars. If you want the best place to buy a Lexus, this is it. Five stars all the way!

Matthew Peterson Brian Martin are the epitome of AMAZING PPL. That's rare nowadays. Dealerships take advantage of ppl. They don't. they are fair. I got the pleasure of working with these gentleman while getting my car serviced. from start to finish. these gentleman took great care of me.They made sure I was happy with how my car was serviced. Anything off. They made sure it was corrected. I WILL NEVER GO TO NO OTHER dealership but PLANO. I ONLY WANT TO WORK WITH THESE GENTLEMEN. If you need to ever get your car serviced. PLEASE GO STRAIGHT TO THEM. They will take good good care of you. I know I will ALWAYS BE IN GOOD HANDS.

I always have a great experience at this Lexus dealership. On my recent visit, I dropped off my vehicle on Tuesday afternoon and Brett had a loaner car ready for me while I grabbed some tea in the beautiful and spotless lobby. The employees were all friendly and welcoming. I was in and out in just 15 minutes. On Wednesday, I received a text at 8am letting me know my car was ready. I was able to pick it up during my lunch break at the scheduled 12:30 pickup time. This was the first time I used the express checkout, and it was a seamless process. I simply parked the loaner, signed a document at the express station, and an attendant immediately walked me over to my freshly washed car. The entire checkout took only 2 minutes. I highly recommend this Lexus dealership for their efficient service, well-maintained facilities, and friendly staff. They consistently provide an outstanding customer experience.
